About Petr Jirmus

Petr Jirmus (26 December 1957 , Czech Budejovice ) is a Czech aerobatic pilot .

Between 1983 and 1986, which are considered the "golden age" of the Czechoslovak aerobatics , twice won the title of absolute world champion and twice European champion absolute. He also became four times champion of Czechoslovakia .

It is still an active airman since 1986 piloted the Boeing 737 . He flew many aircraft types. He also worked in the "government flyer" former Czech President Vaclav Havel . Flies (except for a short break in 2011) for the company Travel Service as the captain of the Boeing 737 . In his spare time acting as a referee acrobatic competitions and recreational flying his airplane category ULL.
