Mark E. Davis Ph.D. is the Warren and Katherine Schlinger Professor of Chemical Engineering of the California Institute of Technology and a member of the City of Hope National Medical Center. He earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering all from the University of Kentucky. His lab focuses on the synthesis of materials for catalysis and biocompatible materials for drug delivery.In 2014 he received the Princess of Asturias Award for Technical and Scientific Research.
