Kangleinganba Kshetrimayum, 10 years, from Manipur awarded National bravery award, Kangleinganba saved two drowning kids. He dove into a pond in Manipur in December undeterred by the cold and his inability to swim. He dragged one girl to safety and jumped in again to fish out the second one.
