About Institution

Women’s college established by Women’s Education society caters to the educational needs of women in particular in the north Telangana at affordable cost. Women empowerment has been the objective of the society to make education accessible to women in the district .The curriculum of the college is in response to the ever changing educational needs of higher education. It empowers the students to compete with the contemporary challenges. The college was founded in the year 1965 under the aegis of Women’s Education Society. The founder members were the then Collector Sri. B.N.Raman, I.A.S. and Sri. M.Narayan Reddy, and Sri.M.Ganga Reddy the eminent advocates and philanthropists. The faculty of the institution are highly motivated and qualified. The college is located in a picturesque natural environment on a sprawling campus of 9 acres and 24 guntas. The college has variety of conventional courses in Arts, Science and Commerce at under graduate and post graduate levels. The parent University of the college was Osmania University; later with the establishment of Telangana University at Dichpally it has been affiliated to Telangana University and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under the section 2(f) and 12(b).

To inculcate values like self respect, social equality, national integration, secularism and brotherhood by organizing various activities.
To sensitize the value of discipline, sincerity and service and to mould the students in to responsible citizens committed to social good.
