VEL College of Education is offering B.Ed..,degree course to both men and women. The college started in the year 2007is approved by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) and Affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University,Chennai. The College is established and run by VEL charitable trust.VEL Teacher Training Institute started in the year 2008 is Approved by the NCTE , and Affiliated to Directorate of Teacher Education Research and Training ,Chennai.The institutions are situated in a sprawling landscape covered with lush Green Coconut Grove and Mango Trees.The serene atmosphere offers a panoramic view with pleasant and peaceful ambience. VEL college of Education and Training Institution are situated in the out skirts of Palani .
