About Institution

The Institution is spread over a sprawling campus with calm surroundings, creating a fitting atmosphere for study. The Institute provides a clean and invigorating environment conducive for quality higher education. SRMCE is a premier institution in Tamilnadu with high standards. Our College was established in 2011; at the outskirts of Cheyyar town as a response to the clarion call made by the public for a quality engineering institution in this part of north Tamilnadu. Our institution is one of the best institutions nurtured by Sri Ramana Magarishi Educational Trust, Kanchipuram.

This college is Approved by AICTE, and affiliated to Anna University. This institution is fully equipped with latest facilities, excellent infrastructures, and well experienced faculty members.

The college offers a total of 5 full time programs in Engineering Education in various departments at UG levels. The college is housed in Sri Ramana Maharishi College of Engineering Campus, Thumbai Village, and Kanchipuram Cheyyar Main Road Cheyyar. The Campus is spread over an area of around 12 acres abutting State Highway.

The Institution is situated 6 kms from Cheyyar bus Stand and 25 kms from Kanchipuram bus Stand. Kanchipuram is the nearest railway Station. The Institution is well connected to two major Railway Junctions viz., Katpadi and Arakkonam.
