Shaheed Bhagat Singh Govt. College, Kotkapura is a premier and prestigious seat of learning. This co-educational institution which appeared on the graph of Malwa Region of Punjab in 1982 has served the people of this area with aplomb in academic, cultural and sports field. After a time span of more than three decades we have probed the archives of our past with an objective bent of mind. The scanning of history of the institution has provided us with an opportunity for rectification and reorientation.
