Shafi Degree College is situated in Bisalpur (Pilibhit) -40 km. away from Bareilly & Pilibhit. It is a model College in the Pilibhit district with its magnificent infrastructure. It is one among the Shafi Group of Colleges, Bisalpur (Pilibhit). It is managed by Shafi Khan Memorial Muslim Educational Society, Bisalpur. The building has its own well furnished and equipped chambers, library and labs well maintained ventilated rooms with fan and electricity throughout the day.
