About Institution

“Seth Dhram Chand Institute of Teacher Training”, established in the year 2008 at Rasinghnagar is run and managed by the “Indra Trust Maternity Home”, Raisinghnagar.
The Trust established in year 1970 by Late Sh. Dhram Chand Arora in the remembrance of his wife Late Smt. Indirawati is dedicated to the cause of providing qualitative medical and health services to the people of Raisinghnagar. Seth Dhram Chand was very kind and generous. He always gave utmost importance to qualitative education for girl child in addition to the health services for women. To this effect he prompted a school by the name Seth Balmukand Girls Government Middle School at Raisinghnagar. He gave generous contribution and donation to the Jagdamba Andh Vidhyalya, Sriganganagar, which is known for its services to the humanity. Seth Dhram Chand left us for heavenly abode as on 26 May 1999 but his children, running their textile units at Mumbai, are today contributing and promoting their best to fulfill the objectives of the trust.
