Bapusaheb V.C.Chaudhari, a man of vision established S.J.M.S.Mandal in 1996. S.J.M.S.Mandal’s main goal is to impart quality education, to encourage the students from hilly and tribal area to become globally competent, to develop the scientific outlook, to make them educated, cultured citizens of India. Bapusaheb Shri. V.C. Chaudhari started Arts,Commerce Senior and Junior college at Khapar in 1996.
