Neo Yoga Center, registered with the Yoga alliance is dedicated to teach out Yoga through our different Yoga Retreats and Yoga Teacher Training course appropriate for beginners as well as for advanced yoga practitioners. We offer Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, Rishikesh & Dharamsala. Whether you're a novice yoga student, or new to yoga teacher training India , Neo Yoga Center offers a truly exclusive yoga practice.

We are also dedicated to teaching different Holistic Living practices. The courses offered by us are Yoga based and include different studies in Ayurveda that we believe are integral and inter-dependent to one another.
Akhilesh, and professional Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and spiritual mentor is founder of the Neo Yoga. Akhilesh has deep understanding and extensive knowledge of Yoga practice which spans decades and developed his own inclusive method of Yoga. He carries a bequest of teaching Traditional Yoga and mixes it with modern ways of BKS Iyengar and K. Pattabhi Jois styles for the international Yoga seekers. Fusion of ashtanga Vinyas, Hatha yoga and Raj yoga presents a Holistic technique suited to the people across the world.
