Nehru Arts and Science College (NASC) has emerged from the galaxy of
Nehru Group of Institutions with the motto “Knowledge is Wisdom”. This
institution was established in 1998 with 04 programmes and 54 students with
the vision of imparting Value Based Quality Education. The College is
approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu, recognized by UGC with 2 (f)
&12 (B) status, accredited by NAAC, certified by ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14000
and affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. It has grown to the extent
of catering to 2,804 students, with 05 Ph. D., 03 M. Phil., 09 PG, 18 UG and
23 Enrichment Programmes.
