About Institution

Drawing inspiration from the Nalanda of the yore, the Nalanda primary school was started in the Krishnagiri town in 1992 with 150 children. In 1994, the school was upgraded as a Matriculation school and later on in 1999 it became a full-fledged higher secondary school. The school has etched a name for itself in the town moulding and shaping the future of the children. Within a short span of time, the school has an illustrious list of alumni comprising of an IPS officer, expert doctors, engineers and various other professionals.

With the changing times, the Management felt the dire need for an Institution imparting education of Global standards in the town. Thus was sown the seeds for Nalanda International Public School following CBSE curriculum, imparting value based quality education encompassing academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities leading to holistic development of the young minds.
