Little Flower School was established with 110 students in Class VI in 1984 primarily to cater to the children completing their primary education in the English medium schools administered by the Catholic community in the city. The school got no objection certificate from the Government of India in 1986, and affiliation to the Council of Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) in 1987. The primary section was opened in 1987 with one section in Lower Kinder Garden; and the permission to open class XI was given in 1992. The first batch of class X (ICSE) was completed in 1989, and class XII (ISC) in 1994. Till now, 17 batches have given class X ICSE examination, and 12 batches class XII ICS examination. All of them brought laurels to the institution. In the past years many qualified meritoriously in the state and all India competitions, with one of our students standing second in the Combined Pre Medical Test in the year 2000. It is indeed rewarding to learn that many of our old students have got into coveted roles in life.
