About Institution

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Nellore has started on 13.09.2010 with Classes I to V in the premises of RSR Municipal high School campus, Tadikala Bazar, Stonehousepet, Nellore.

Initially, Sri LS Rambabu, Principal, KV-1, Vijayawada has been INCHARGE PRINCIPAL of the KV. Later on, Sri N V Chalapathi, PGT from KV, ONGC Rajahmundry has been deputed as PRINCIPAL I/C. At present, Sri A ANBALAGAN is working as GRADE-II PRINCIPAL from 27.10.2010.

Vision

To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees including defence and para military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education.
To initiate and promote experimentations and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like CBSE, NCERT, etc.
To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of “Indianness” among children.
