Job Description : 


1.Set monthly and quarterly goals of the center, in consultation with the Operations Manager and coordinate operations and marketing activities of the center, so that the goals are achieved. 

2.Plan, implement and administer promotional programs and services in the center, including training, and coordination of masseurs, office boy and CCEs.

3.Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and provide them the adequate services.

4.Resolve customer complaints regarding services and treatments. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

5.Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of services, or products as per the organizational goals.

6.Direct, and supervise day to day work activities of masseurs, Office boy and CCE of the center. Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability.

7.Monitor the use of medical services, infra structure facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services. 

8.Maintain computerized record management systems with the assistance of CCE and Clinic Head to store and process data such as personnel activities and information, and to generate reports. Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.

9.Perform various clerical or administrative functions, such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies.

10Encourage clients to express their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, helping them to develop insight into themselves or their relationships.


Desired Candidate Profile

Education-


UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM - International Business, Marketing

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required


1.Neatly Dressed, soft spoken, clear dialect, fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi. Expert level knowledge of Communication with customers, good counseling skills, trouble shooting problems, negotiation skills. 

2.Should posses Go getter attitude. 

3.Advanced level knowledge of computers, MS Office, Internet use. 

4.Good business acumen

5.Caring and friendly attitude and ability to build relationships with staff and the community.

6.Team Handling and building skills required.
