JDS Public School Varanasi, has been established as a result of vision visualized by Maj. (Retd.) S.R.Singh, to impart quality education to the children of Varanasi, at the most affordable cost.JDS Public School is a co – educational English Medium School, with modern school campus, which include, well ventilated class room, state of art computer lab, well equipped Science labs, Smart Class and one of the best stocked library, The School Campus can proudly boast of having one of the best Playgrounds and a well defined transport system.
We believe that Academics is the epicenter of good education, but education is all around development of a child, thus; at JDS a child is exposed to the best education imparted by highly qualified teaching faculties and is also encouraged to develop his/her latent talents with the help of our extra- circular program & hobby- classes.

We make them fully understand, on the sidelines of academics that Ecological and environmental issues are equally important to us and our future generations. We augment our ongoing effort to enhance the sensitivity of children towards water harvesting, Afforestation, ethical treatment to Animals, respect of elderly and human rights. We take extra care of girl child and lesser fortunate children. At JDS, we are looking after the the education part of children adopted by an NGO and make sure that they exploit their potential to the maximum possible extent. We are working with some other NGOs (Non-Governmental Organisations) also on social welfare issues. Our School ie JDS Public School is playing a pivotal role in the entire process.
