The Indo-American College was established in1998 to provide high class higher education to the people of this area at low cost. The college is situated 4 km away from Cheyyar on the Kancheepuram Highway. The enviable infrastructure in the midst of beautiful Green Garden enhances the beauty of the educational environment. Hostel facilities are also available to the boys and girls separately. College Buses are plying in all arterial roads to Cheyyar connecting chetpet, Arni, Kancheepuram, and Vandavasi. Being a co-educational Institution, equal chances are given to the Boys and Girls of this area. Subjects like Bio-Chemistry, Micro-Biology, Bio-Informatics, Maths, commerce and Computer Science are taught. Graduates of this College have already found placement in India and abroad. New windows are opened with the starting of BBA during this Academic Year 2007 08.
