Holy Angels' Convent School was opened in Arya Puri opposite Bhopa Bus Stand(old) on the 8th July, 1963, by the Carmeite Sisters of St. Teresa, who have been working in India and abroad since 1887. It is managed by the Nirmal Society registered in U.P. under the Uttar Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 1953. The missionaries of C.S.S.T. are a society of Sisters founded by Mother Teresa of St. Rose of Lima in 1887 at Ernakulam (Kochi).It was her desire to instruct the youth and lead them along the right path. For this purpose, she started preaching missions , conducting camps and running educational institutions. The missionary schools are today spread all over the world and are invelved in different activites. In India they are running schools, colleges technical institutions, orphanges and health centres for the well being of the people.
