About Institution

The Institute Hari Manovikasa Kendram, H.No.2-375-3, Daba Gardens, Edarapalli, AMALAPURAM – 533 201, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, was started during the year 1995, under the agies of Sree Vivekananda Educational Society, Regn.No.670/94, of Amalapuram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.

The main motto of this institute is to provide better standards of life through providing the basic needs like free shelter, food, clothing, medical aid, Special Education and Self-Employment Training and rehabilitation program to the helpless, neglected and abandoned Physically Challenged and Mentally Retarted Children of Konaseema Delta area, in a planned manner, as there is no such institution in Konaseema Delta, covering 80 kilometers. During our Survey we have found that Physically and Mentally Challenged large number children were in the villages of Inavilli, Allavaram and Bhimanapalli of Amalapuram Revenue Division, who are also to be covered. At present there are 115 Physically Challenged and Mentally Retarded Children. Who are in Drastic Conditions supported by our Organisation meeting their basic needs as above. There are enthusiastic Special Trained Staff to look of after in all aspects for the boarders, for whom our Organization also provide free food and accommodation facilities. We got 16 staff members, working in our institution.
