Guruvayurappan Institute of Management established in the year 1995, is affiliated to the Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India.

GIM strives to position its young managers as effective leaders in the global corporate arena. While basic knowledge is imparted, managerial skills are also developed through core courses and the various electives that span four semesters. GIM has been awarded ISO 9001 : 2008 Certification for its quality in performance and delivery.

The Pedagogy involving audio-visual methods, lectures, discussions, case studies, group activities etc, help enhance better understanding, awareness and familiarity with the various subjects.
