About Institution

This is an era of industrialization. Technical revolution is the keyword in every field. The institution was established in the year 1984-85 vide Govt. notification 4202 dated 12-10-84 under Deptt., of Science & Technology, Govt. of Bihar with the objective of enhancing the women’s participation in technician education.
At its inception, the institution started with total intake of 30 students in two diploma courses viz. Library Science & Secretarial practice.
here had been steady development over the years and the institution, at present, is imparting education in the different trades/ courses with total intake of 240 students.

To form Career-development and placement cell for the graduating engineers.
To develop quality culture through faculty development programmes workshops. Symposia and seminars devoted to technical field.
To undertake techno-consultance projects as a part of social responsibilities of academic and there by contribute to economic development of the nation.
