Smt. Ratna Devi Gopal Dass Memorial Trust is a registered trust under the registration Act. The trust stands registered with the Court of Sub-Registrar (Samba), J&K on 17th of Jan 2001.
The trust has been named after the Smt. Ratna Devi and Gopal Dass who were the noble souls from whom is born the first trustee Shri Parkash Chand Sharma.
The trust made a very humble beginning in order to keep up its commitment made to the people of Samba by establishing a Degree College by the trustee Mr. Parkash Chand Sharma when the state Government of J&K failed to set up a college at this important town. He came forward and established a degree college at Samba.
