Bapuji Educational Association, Davangere conglomerate of around 50 educational Institutions. BEA started BAMR-MBA Programme in 2008. The city is surrounded by perennial irrigated agricultural hamlets, contributing to the flow of Agri-products to the trade and commerce of the city. It has well-knit transport facilities with major railway line and the national Highway No. 4 connecting Bangalore and Mumbai. Davangere has also become a major educational center with students coming from all parts of India as well as abroad and is popularly known as “Oxford of Karnataka”.
