About Institution

Late Honorable DEWARLAL RAJARAM TEMBHARE an educationalist with an objective of “imparting higher education to the students from economically & educationally backward area and underprivileged section of the society”, provided the vision of establishing a society for welfare of students from above mentioned groups. This vision of his was then materialized successfully in the year 1993 by his son DR.G.D.TEMBHARE an academician who took the initiative of establishing a society in the name of TULSI BAHUUDESHIYA SHIKSHAN SANSTHA. After formation of this society a need of Setting up an Higher Educational Institute was felt at Petrol Pump (Thana), Jawahanagar, as this area is having coverage of more than 50 villages around it without a single degree college present in this area. Hence T.B.S.S took a step ahead and at an auspicious occasion of Ramnavmi 1998, ARTS AND COMMERCE DEGREE COLLEGE at JAWHARNAGAR (PETROL PUMP) was established.

?To create a sense of belonging towards their alma mater so that they can contribute their mite to its development and progress through an ongoing process of mutual interaction.
?To utilize human and natural resources along with the infrastructural facilities of the institution for the overall well being of the students and for the social development of the local/neighboring community.
