Surya Army Pre Primary School had a humble beginning as AWWA Nursery School in 1988 at Chanakya Road, Lucknow cantt. Now the school has been renamed Surya Army Pre Primary School under the aegis of AWES w.e.f. April, 2011. The School is located in a Spacious and state- of-the-art Campus at Outram Lines, Lucknow Cantt. The school was primarily started to meet the
educational requirements of Army Children. The school has grown in size and stature and offers Pre School Education to initiate the children into the process of learning through playway and Activity Method where ‘Pleasure’, ‘Perception’ and ‘Perception’ are the main objectives.
