The San Leandro Adult School is dedicated to lifelong learning, and we hope we can help you in your own pursuit of more education, enrichment, learning and personal growth. Enrolling in any course will allow you to meet new people while you learn new skills. Our programs are designed for adults of all ages, and all educational and cultural backgrounds. Most of the programs receive some state funding, making them reduced cost. English as a Second Language (ESL), Citizenship Preparation, Adult Basic Education, GED Preparation and Diploma programs are available.
San Leandro Adult School’s mission is to provide our diverse community with comprehensive programs, engaging curriculum, and dynamic instruction that inspire lifelong learning. By mastering 21st century skills, students will reach their educational, professional, and personal goals in our global society. They will achieve measurable success towards program standards in a safe and supportive environment that promotes perseverance and celebrates success.
