TNPSC Group 4 Exam 2016 will be around 4931. Dear TNPSC Group IV Aspirants friends , you have enough time for the upcoming TNPSC Group Four Exam 2016 .So, don't waste your precious time, start your sincere preparation for the Group Four Exam 2016  from today itself. 

Minimum Age Limit  for applying TNPSC Group 4 Exam:-  

Candidates who have completed 18 Years with SSLC pass are eligible to apply for the TNPSC Group Four Examination.

Maximum Age Limit for Group 4 Exam:-

TNPSC Group Four Exam  Maximum Age Limit for SC / SC(A) / ST/  Destitute Widows of all castes – 35 Years

TNPSC Group 4 Age Limit for MBC /  BC / BCM   - 32 Years

TNPSC Group 4 Age Limit for Others   - 30 Years

For the persons who are trained in Survey in ITI in Tamil Nadu, in respect of posts of Field Surveyor and Draftsman only  - 35 Years.

TNPSC Group 4 Age Limit Exceptions / Concision / Relaxations Details:-

(1)No maximum age limit in the TNPSC Group IV Examination for the candidates belong to SC/SC(A)/ST/MBC/BC/BCM communities who have higher educational qualification than minimum educational qualification. (In TNPSC Group 4 Exam, minimum qualification is 10th / SSLC Pass . If the candidates from the above categories have HSC / Degree / Diploma qualification, there will be no maximum age limit for them in the TNPSC Group IV Examination)

(2) Not Eligible - “Others” [ i.e., Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs] communities who have put in 5 years of service in the State / Central Government are not eligible to apply for TNPSC Group 4 Examination, even if they are within the age limit. (3) The Technical and Non-Technical Staff of TANSI who have faced retrenchment and have not been absorbed in the Government / Corporations/ Undertakings may also apply for the TNPSC Group 4 Exam, if they are otherwise qualified except age. The relevant age rule will be relaxed by the Government in their favour if they come up for selection.

Tips to the New Aspirants:-

If you are new  to the TNPSC Group IV Exam preparation, it is better you may start your preparations with fundamentals, such as Tamilnadu Samacheer Kalvi School Books and previous year TNPSC Group Four question papers. Concentrate more on Pothu Tamil/General English paper from your initial preparation itself.
