VIT has declared the Entrance Exam Dates for 2016 admission in Different UG Programmes for the respective academic year. The computer-based test will take place from April 06, 2016 to April 17, 2016. Issue of VITEEE-2016 online and offline application forms will begin from November 27, 2015.

Those seeking to fill forms online must have the soft copy of recently taken passport size color photograph with 50kb-100kb (dimensions - 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) / soft copy of signature of the candidate with 20kb-50kb (dimensions - 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm ) in JPG / JPEG format. Fee is to be paid through Internet banking facility.

The exam will be conducted in three sessions i.e. Session I, Session II and Session III. The timings for each session are: Session I: 9 am to 11:30 am, Session II: 12:30 pm to 3 pm, Session III: 4 pm to 6: 30 pm.

Interested candidates should have completed Class 12, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The average marks obtained in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology (PCM / PCB) in +2 (or its equivalent) put together should be 50% for the SC/ST & North Eastern State.

Candidates appearing for the VITEEE in 2016 should have secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate). Their DOB should be on or after July 01, 1994.
