India’s leading career accelerator - TalentSprint has launched a series of new digital programmes for BTech and BSc graduates, who are seeking jobs in the IT sector.  With an aim to empower over a million students, its technological driven platform has already enabled students from more than 200 colleges, who have realised their careers clearly.

Dr. Santanu Paul, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, TalentSprint, said, “Our digitally intelligent platform and these new digital courses will empower every young person to prepare for exciting, high-value IT careers. In effect, we are trying to create a backstop for the systemic failures in higher education. As we have already seen with our digital courses in the banking and financial sector, now being accessed by youth across 350+ towns across India, the appetite for high quality employability courses, made available digitally, is practically unlimited.”

TalentSprint’s digital learning programmes have helped students to overcome geographical barriers and made available to the students living in non-metros and rural areas. This effort has been generating jobs for a number of people since last one year. They even had also launched an app called 'Bankers Choice', which facilitates in learning Hindi, a year ago.

Sridhar K, Chief Digital Officer, Talent Sprint, said, “Online learning is no longer the privilege of students in metro cities. Aspirants in tier 2 and 3 towns have woken up to its benefits and are adopting online learning faster than their metro counterparts. We also find that the success rate of our online students are disproportionately higher than their other counterparts at 65 per cent”.
