About Institution

Established under the aegis of the Mohamed Sathak Trust in 1997, the College has been a nurturing ground for pharmaceutical professionals. Located at Sholinganallur, Chennai, A J College of Pharmacy is approved by the Tamil Nadu Government vide G.OM.S NO: 731 dated 06-07-1992 and is affiliated to Dr.M.G.R. Medical University and is recognised by AICTE, New Delhi.

The 4-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) undergraduate course offered by the college covers the entire gamut of subjects necessary to make a successful pharmacist. In keeping with its objective of providing the best possible pharmaceutical education, the College has built up a good infrastructure.

This comprises of highly knowledgeable faculty and facilities that enable over 180 students to gain a contemporary education. Continuous interaction with industry is maintained to ensure that the learning program remains relevant to the changing trends in pharmaceuticals.
