Relationship management with key accounts for increasing the level of Customer understanding and deliverables to effect business growth.
Offering full life cycle of solutions to the clients from conception to maintenance handling their long-term initiatives by providing real value while demonstrating high level of professionalism and ethics.
Increasing sales for the products in the assigned region by developing promotional strategies.
Effectively develop and execute a defined business plan using benchmark industry standards to maximize efficiency and productivity of the department.
Develop marketing plans as per market inclination and penetrate into the market.
Responsible for identifying & classifying major corporate, government and services industry accounts for direct involvement.
Delegating the work for key Business Partners in the high-priority corporate, government and education accounts.
Communicating with key government officials and leading industry leaders in promoting pro-industry policies.
Continuous engagement with clients, technical, purchase and finance functions for smoother business transactions.
Supervising functional process of Business Partners ensuring efficiency in the work flow.
Monitor & evaluate cluster specific business opportunities, competitive offerings, marketing avenues & recommend plans to capitalize on the same.
Communicating and developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for emerging business venture.
Tracking market/ competitor trends to keep abreast the changing clients requirement/ expectations.
Form quality liaisons and relationships easily, and instill a high level of confidence at all levels
Formulation of effective policies / systems / processes with prime focus on system orientation, quality, cost effectiveness and performance enhancement.
