This position is open only in two locations

1. Bengaluru and 2. Udupi

The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the field officers at his/her location, including but not limited to: training, tracking and improving employee performance, and administration of policy/procedures.

The Branch Manager will also be responsible for reviewing sales, recovery, collaborating with operations, maintaining a good portfolio, and maintaining compliance in accordance to SHFL code of conduct.

The ideal candidate will be a proven team leader in similar domain.

The successful candidate must also have extensive sales experience in the Home Loan & retail mortgage industry, superior communication skills and ability to report back to senior retail management in a detail-oriented manner.
