Job Responsibilities:

1.) To sell commercial property thorough channels-brokers, freelancers,agency etc,

2) Motivate,manage,nurture team members to sell commercial property,

3) To identify and motivate prospective channels to enhance sales,

4) To create and build good network or channel partners for effective sales,

5) To maintain and prosper good pipeline of sales,

6) To harness new channels and train them to sell ,

7) To build healthy relations with channel partners,

8) Work towards strategizing and developing team for next level.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1) Must have good experience of channel sales,

2) Should have managed team,

3) Must have proven track record of performance,

4) Experience of selling commercial or residential property through channels would be preferred,

5) Must be a team player,

6) Experience of Noida,Greater Noida, Ghazibad will be preferred,

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
