Job Description : 

* Responsible for sales of Solapur Project

* Ensure timely collection of payment towards transactions in keeping with contractual time schedule from Customers.

* Responsible for checking ready possession flats/units as per checklist before handover of possession, timely completion of possession formalities and maintenance of appropriate records of projects.

* Responsible for replying all emails, queries, problems of customers and establish good rapport with Customers.

* Ensure effective planning and successful implementation of Marketing and Sales strategies to accelerate sale. 

* Evolve strategies for promotions and branding with a view to attract Customers / Investors from India and abroad

* Plan and participate in Project launch, exhibition and special drive for enhancing sale of companys projects.

* Develop network with various banks and financial institutions for loan tie-up at competitive rates for customers and efficient sanction and disbursement of loan.

* Continuously survey pricing of similar projects in and around area of our various project locations, prepare Comparative Analysis and present report to the Management during monthly review meeting to facilitate aligning pricing of our projects to respective market scenario.

* Ensure timely submission MIS of Flat Sold and Collection, Customers complains and resolved status to HOD and Management, And any other status required by the Management

* Any other activity which may be assigned by HOD from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required

* Candidate with Real Estate experience will be preferred.

* Should be highly enthusiastic with effective communication skills.
