PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS ON PAYROLLS OF KELLY SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR AS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE.

Profile & Responsibilities:-

. Handling the Key and strategic accounts ( Building service segment and Retail) of the company in the region and generate the budgeted revenue by value based selling and direct selling

. Service reporting's, MIS and regular interaction with every decision centers in the clientele organization

. Developing new and existing key and other accounts in the territory and Responsible for commercial negotiations.

. Sales Development and customer retention in Building Service Contractors, Retail sectors

. Responsible for account receivables and client credit tracking's.

. B2B Marketing ,Corporate Sales & Marketing ,Channel Sales ,Dealers network

. Distributor management - Appointing new channel partners and distributor in assigned territory and existing distributor management.

. To promote / register company's brands in various agencies

. Handling techno commercial presentations

. Directly responsible for revenue generation and revenue enhancement, negotiating on technical & quality specification, price and commercial terms.

. Involved in overall sales cycle both pre and post-sales activities and developed good customer rapport and support.

. New Product Development Market Potential - Identified product - product development - product evaluation in market - product business plan

. Value adds tendered - Site team trainings with regards to the application knowledge and gap analysis audits for clients operational efficiencies .
