Job Description : 

Would be primarily responsible for partnering with the Distribution function at the Zonal Level in providing proactive, continuous, reliable and responsive end to end HR Support in the respective Zone. 

HR Generalist having hands-on experience in handling contractual manpower, statutory compliances HR Operations.

Strong knowledge of labour laws & liaison with Regulatory Bodies

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
