Job Description : 

Design & finalization of internal toilet water supply and Drainage Layout, External water supply and Sanitary Drainage Layout, Terrace Plumbing Layout, External Storm Water Drainage Layout, Water Supply and Fire Fighting Schematic Layout, Sprinkler and Hydrant Layout, etc.

Have a detailed installation knowledge and exposure for the above works.

Correspondence with consultant, arrange site inspection and get approval for work execution.

Material and manpower planning for execution of plumbing works (water supply, drainage, condensate, fire fighting).

Responsible for timely ordering of materials to suit project requirement.

Responsible for timely execution of the project. Completion of jobs/tasks in accordance with the project plans and specifications and work progress in a manner to stay within the confines of the schedule.

Co-ordinate with concerned divisions, vendors, architects and other service consultants on need basis.

Interacting with clientele to ascertain needs and develop design directions, concepts and specifications for assigned projects.

Able to prepare monthly progress reports for plumbing & fire fighting works and submit to Project Manager

Responsible for monthly progress claims for plumbing and Fire protection system

Testing and commissioning of the plumbing, drainage & fire fighting / fire protection installation works, etc.

Organizing handing over documentation, O&M Manuals etc.,

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Civil

PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
