Job Description : 

Primary Purpose: Data collation and creation of HR and compensation MIS.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

•  Create new report templates as per the requirement.
  
• Collate reports from centres and prepare dashboards
  
• Automate reports to reduce man-hours spent on existing reports.
  
• Manage Candidate open Pool for effective re-use.
  
• Prepare and publish weekly and monthly dashboards to management.
  
• Manage employee database & compensation details.
  
• Update centres on new changes in reports as and when introduced.
  
• Regularly follow-up with centres on report completeness & accuracy.
  

Work Relations:

• Reporting to Deputy Manager- MIS for all functional as well as admin issues.
  
• Interfacing with all the HR team members managers based out of India as well as other global offices. (24 X 7 work environment).
  
• Interfacing with HR department for employee, payroll and any other operational issues.
  
• Interfacing with other team members of people practices team for all functional as well as operational issues.

• Proven MIS and analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment. Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into Recruiting efforts
  
• High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations.
  
• Sharp analytical capabilities, around data interpretation, analyzing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes
  

Qualification:

Any Graduate/Under-graduate with experience in MIS function
