One has to have knowledge of the correct ways and methods of giving such education to someone. He should be able to understand the mental status, personal problems etc. of the learner in order to implement the correct ways to educate and give knowledge to him.
Therefore, to get educated and knowledgeable persons in the society, it is necessary to have the teachers with the knowledge of how to teach.
