Ezhuthachan Training College is a College of Teacher Education affiliated to the University of Calicut, Kerala.
It is one of the premier institutions of the State. The privilege institution was inaugurated by Adv. Therambil Ramakrishnan , Honourable Speaker of Kerala Legislative Assembly on 2nd July 2005.The college is situated on serene land . The campus is just 6 Kms. away from ALATHUR town and 5 Kms from Vadakkanchery Town on the NH -47 (Palakkad - Thrissur).The Ezhuthachan Training college, Mannapra which is managing by Ezhuthachan Education Society .The aim of the institution is to bring higher education to the doorsteps of the ordinary citizens of the District.
