IITM organized two days #Management #Development #Programme on ‘Human Effectiveness: Exploring the Infinite Potential’ for senior faculty members. The objective of the MDP was to motivate the faculty members and help them in identifying their hidden potential and come out with best of their skills and qualities. The resource person, Mr. Sunil Singh Negi worked as a Life Coach at Ayurveda Yoga Villa Holistic Research Centre and trainer at Ministry of MSME and many other corporate houses.He covered different aspect of personal development that an individual might aspire to. He tried to lay down the groundwork for goal setting so that one can clearly analyze and prioritize their goals, track progress and identify gaps in knowledge and skill areas. He emphasized on identifying the impact of emotions and stress on their lives and how to overcome it so as to make optimal decisions to move ahead in all perspectives of life.
