New Life Medical and Educational Trust(NLMET) run a range of programs across the city of Mumbai : Balwadis ( non formal educational bridge programs), Homes for children at risk, Schools, Feeding programs, Empowerment programs, Skills/vocational training and Community Development programs, HIV/Aids awareness and specific programs for Homogenous groups like the Eunuchs.

NLMET also has a disaster management initiative that has responded to various crisis in the nation including cyclone relief in Orissa, earthquake relief in Gujarat and Tsunami relief in Nagapattanum .
