Swimming boost Maths grades

Researchers found that swimming classes help the children to boost their Maths results. At age 11, Children who were participating in organised sports and physical activities were one and a half times more likely to reach higher than expected grades in their maths test. While engaging in activities like swimming and dancing motivates them to do well in their academic studies as well.

Its very interesting and sports in general increases the mental ability of the students.
