The Indian Institute of of Science (Bangalore) makes a debut in the world's top 100 universities for engineering and technology. The US institutions Stanford, CalTech and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) are in the top three positions in the Times Higher Education (THE) Ranking for Engineering & Technology.
