AHDB Potatoes launching a new education initiatives for catering students to improve their knowledge and practical skills to prepare, cook and serve great tasting potatoes. The course is at free of cost for all colleges and universities. It helps to improve the potato based dishes and the usage of potatoes, as well as meet the needs of catering and hospitality courses.
