Council of Education and Development Program (CEDP) was formed in the year 2010, with a sole objective of providing improved quality of life to individuals and groups through apt training and education. Since then, the organization has strived to provide the most relevant training solutions to not only the metro and the mini-metro cities of the country, but to the most remote geographies so that the student communities at large can benefit from the knowledge gained from the education provided and enhance their employability and therefore, employment opportunities. At the same time, it has been a constant focus of the organization towards training and re-training requirements of the companies operating in the nation, to continuously improve productivity levels of the workforce. In this manner, the companies have formidably benefited in terms of the process and costs to hire, train and retain their respective manpower within their system.Over the last two years, CEDP has successfully been able to compartmentalize the entire operations into three broad verticals – Training and Education Delivery (Global Training Institute and North East Knowledge Lines), University Affiliations (BSS, MGU, NIMS, SVU and KSOU) and Employment Services (Career Graph). Currently there are 147 training and education centers across the country.
In the training and education space, GTI provides training in the areas of healthcare, automotives, aviation, hospitality, industrial safety, financial accounting and management, civil engineering and management. Almost all of these programs are either associated with guaranteed internship and/or placement assistance. And most of these programs are mapped to certificate, diploma and degree level awards and recognition, which are UGC, AICTE and DEC recognized.
University Affiliations facilitated by CEDP provides institutions the much needed formal education mapping to different programs which are offered to students and corporate. Along with that, CEDP provides end to end support in promoting, coordinating, regulating and streamlining the entire affiliation activities to enable the training and education centre to successfully execute the training programs.
Employment Services through Career Graph has been the ultimate focus of CEDP since the inception, because of the firm belief that any training and education program eventually needs to be resulting into decent and growth oriented employment opportunities for everyone. Driven by this belief, CEDP has gone ahead and partnered with companies related to almost all the verticals in which it provides training and education, so that it helps the students to gain OJT from the very primary levels of their program. This effort has paid off well with the partner companies to hire, train and retain their workforce from time to time.
