The main objective of this book is to examine the relationship that exists between economic inequalities and political conflict. This has been done in two stages. Firstly, an effort has been made to review the available literature which not only provides an insight into the various perspective that prevail but also enables one to build up a premise on which to conduct the study.Secondly, the premise accepted that economic inequalities do lead to political conflicts owing to the existence of certain viable conditions, has been empirically studied by taking up the case study of two countries that is Pakistan and Nigeria.
